The March PAINBody Cleanse Challenge Starts Sunday March 3rd
- Each Challenge is 4 Weeks and Starts the 1st Sunday of The Month
- Each Sunday Evening our Mentors Host a Class Call that presents the Habit Challenge we will commit to each week.
- Each Thursday Our Coaches will host an Accountability Call where we will all discuss the process, share wins, challenges and new opportunities in a process called “Rose, Bud, Thorn”
